Faster is made by Luft Design AS, Oslo, Norway. By creating an account or using the app or this website, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use Faster.

1. What Faster is

Faster is a training companion: it builds a running plan, reads the signals you give it access to, adapts your training, and explains its reasoning. It is software, not a person, and its suggestions are exactly that — suggestions.

2. Not medical advice

Faster does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Its output is based on the data you share and general training principles. Running carries inherent risk. You are responsible for your own health decisions: consult a qualified professional before starting or changing a training programme, and stop and seek medical help if something hurts or feels wrong. Pain is not fatigue — when in doubt, see a professional, not an app.

3. Beta software

Faster is currently in private beta on TestFlight. It is free while in beta, and things may change, break, or be removed without notice. If we introduce pricing later, we will tell you clearly before anything costs money. Your use of TestFlight is also governed by Apple’s terms.

4. Your account

Keep your sign-in method secure and give us accurate information. You must be at least 16 to use Faster. You are responsible for activity on your account.

5. Your content

Messages you write to the coach, ratings, and stake text remain yours. You give us the licence needed to process them to provide the service — nothing more. Keep what you write lawful and, in duels, kind: invite codes and duel pages are for people you actually know.

6. Challenges and stakes

Duel stakes ("loser buys brunch") are informal agreements between you and your rival. Faster displays the text you write but is not a party to the bet, does not hold or transfer money, and will not arbitrate brunch disputes.

7. Fair use

Don’t abuse the service: no unauthorised access, scraping of other people’s data, reverse engineering except where the law allows it, reselling, or using Faster to harass anyone.

8. Our content

The app, this site, and their design, text, and code belong to Luft Design AS. The Faster name and wordmark are ours. Your data is not ours — see the privacy policy.

9. Warranty and liability

Faster is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows — and beta software in particular can misbehave. To the extent permitted by Norwegian law, Luft Design AS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Faster. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Ending things

You can stop using Faster and delete your account at any time (m@luft.design). We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and we can discontinue the beta. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give you reasonable notice to export what is yours.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes belong to the courts of Oslo, Norway, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise where you live.

12. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect. The date at the top tells you when they last changed.
